Not bad for a 60 yr. old.... bow that is. As much as I love my Hill styles, the old classic recurves have a serious hold on me.. maybe this is why. This was the 2nd 4 arrow group i shot at 15 yrds. cold off the rack with this 53' Bear Cub, 62 " 59 @ 28. I was shooting for the white sticker, so im off a bit but nothing a few more rounds wont fix.
Just goes to show, dont underestimate the oldies, cause they still got what it takes to get it done!   [/IMG]

Bodie

Great shooting.I love the old stuff too.

I have to give most of the credit to the old Bear, this thing is a joy to shoot and as consistent as they come.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

From a distance of between 12 and 18 yds.

I was 61 at that time.
