Selway slide on adds nice weight and natural cant to the bow helps cut down on any hand shock oh and not to mention looks the best tell Gordy what color your bow is and he will try and find one to match
All we have to decide is what to do with the time given to us.

Any PICS of a dual ark on a one piece longbow ???

I can post some here in a bit. John built me a custom one to match my Anneewakee bow. Will post tonight or tomorrow.

I agree with NONE.  If I didn't have to carry arrows....I wouldn't.  It's a conundrum, but I do use the Great Northern strap-on quivers.  Used to use Selway slip-on and they work w/o flaw, however, for me, the hoods feel too bulky anymore.

I prefer my arrows in a row like the Selway and am developing a smaller hood to combine the best of both for a mounted LB quiver.

All mounted quivers detract from the feel of a longbow IMO.  You wouldn't mount a tackle box for flies on a fly rod, would you?

I also use a GFA side quiver and may consider a Safari Tuff.

I don't like a quiver at all on my longbow BUT when I need one I use the Alaska Bowhunting Dual Stalker Skookum.

Big Jim's quiver.  Just received one the other day and I was extremely impressed.  Great workmanship and its rock solid on my bows.  And you can't beat the price!

I like a bowmate, of course it is an off the bow quiver.

I love my EFA wth Totem and set back bracket. My Bro in law has a Big Jim and the hood is large enough for the biggest broadheads. I use 2 blades so my tiny EFA works great. Both are sturdy and quiet as are the Kanati stap ons.

Not a fan of bow quivers for the reasons mentioned and the fletchings flash too much (fletch covers make them even more googly)...but they DO come in handy for hunting.

My favorite was always the one back at the house, but I suppose if I had to pick one it would be the Qwikee Quiver (back when I shot recurves).  It was about the easiest/quickest way to mount/unmount a quiver...only takes about 2 seconds.  Now I sometimes use a GN strap on for longbows...they're ok but not especially fast to remove or put on (maybe two-three minutes).  For lightweight, fast handling one-piece longbows the best type an off-the-bow quiver.
