Well this is just a little treat for everyone. No stumping or anything but i bought a new (first actually) 3D target today and the boy was stoked to shoot "the deers bones" his words LOL.

This is him with his little samick angel. He has out grown it so I bought him a U-finish kids bow from Mike at 7 Lakes. Its done but his birthday is not until the 6th so he does not get to shoot it yet.

Well I brought out my old Pearson Colt Semi-curve thats 32@26 because I absolutely love shooting that little thing.  Its like going from a .308 to a .22, its just refreshing and very fun.  OR SO I THOUGHT I was going to shoot it.  Max informed me that it was his bow, not mine. (i told him when he gets older its his, and he thinks his birthday qualifies him as older)

The bow is 60" long and max is 42" tall.

I had him shooting my 1916s from it and he was impressing me to say the least.  He LOVES this bow and I'm starting to wonder why i ordered him a new bow more his size LOL.

Here is the proud boy (and daddy)  by his group.

Thanks for sharing.  My little man is starting to enjoy his bow (made my Lynn Harrelson). Shooting 3D he says "I get to shoot first", lol.

Good job sir! Enjoy every minute of that, it goes by so quickly! Seems like I blonked my eyes and my little guy went from Max's size to a teenager.

You're doing it right my friend. Best times I've ever had were shooting with my boys. They're grown now but they still have those great memories as do I. We still laugh like heck over some of the times we had and still marvel over some of the shots that were made. Great times. Cherish them. (nut)   :clapper:
