Just picked up my first ever new traditional bow, a 62" Dry Ridge Archery, T/D longbow by Tim Duvall.  It pulls 47# @ 28".  Riser is some of the most figured and attractive cocobolo that Tim has ever worked with.  Limbs are bocote.  I shot a little in the snow storm today without even setting a nock point (couldn't wait).  I love it.  (Will post pics once I learn how.)

Well, here goes.  I found Rob's email and some other guidance in the computer forum.  Let's see if I figured it out.

Well that didn't work very well, did it.  Would one kind soul volunteer to PM me so I can learn to do this correctly?

I'm drinking from a saucer, cause my cup has overflowed.

Very nice!  Mine is being build now, think Tim is using same piece of cocobolo, or at least I hope so.  It's a beauty!  How does it shoot for ya?

Haven't shot it that much yet, only 4 or 5 arrows when I first got home.  I tied on the nock sets and adjusted the brace height a tad yesterday and hope to shoot a little more today.  But from those first few arrows, it seems much quicker than my other bows.  You'll like your wood when you get it.

I love how the lines of that riser seem to flow with the wood grain... beautiful! Enjoy It.
