I had fun chopping wild turkey feather and goose  from my friend Drew with my lil' chopper.
Today I just put together a few arras:

Gold tips 55/75 cut at 28", yellow wrap, 100grs insert.

Lots of feathers, sweet arras  :)

Look good.  I might have to grind some feathers tommorrow if we have power.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Thanks all!
This could not happen without Drew's feathers.
I loved chopping them, building the arras was even better!

Those yellow wrap stand out very well   :)

I have another batch of arras ready to be fletched with a white wrap. Natural turkey feather, snow, white wrap...We will wait for the spring before shooting them!   :bigsmyl:
