Hey, Raf, didnt you just say you would like a Big River HH?  They are a great shooting bow for being a D shape.  Most of the HHs ive shot were bell ringers.  Wouldnt mind one myself, but gotta start killing thing with the ones i got first.

The Big River has Yew cores. I killed a buck on opening day in 2011 with that bow. It's a good shooting bow just like all of John's.

I bought it off the rack from Lamont Granger's Footed Shaft.

It was a used bow he picked up at a shoot in WI. I think I paid around $275 for it.

I've owned a bunch of Hill style bows and I find John's second only to David Miller's.

Well its a great shooting bow.And I see why people want another one LOL. Both of these are good shooters. The BG is 68" and the Appalachian is 66" .The BG says 60@@29" but there is no way is 60#.I will scale it to see pull more like maybe 55@29?<><

Beautiful bows,  I have been thinking very hard about a Big River HH, not that i need another bow     but ......it would go good with all my others, and they are good shooters. I have a good friend that says John's HH , doesnt have enough  kick in the hand to let him know he is still alive, thats all he shoots are HH's, you HH shooters are very special people    :saywhat:    :saywhat:

Hey Rafael,

If you want to shoot one first, I have a BR HH 57@28.  I'm not getting rid of it but you can try it out anytime you want.  Yes, it is as smooth as you think.
