I ordered a Little Delta Plaid mackinaw with a full length zipper on the shirt piece from Teresa Asbell for this year's deer season and the neck hole on the shoulder cover piece just   barely fit my XL noggin.  I e-mailed her asking if I could get the V lengthened in the shoulder cover piece after the season ended to make it easier for me to fit my big fat head through it.  

She paid the shipping to and from her for the modification, lengthened the V for free, and threw in a bonus treat for me that was unexpected.  

She offered me truly   fantastic  customer service.  

I've seen more deer this year in her mackinaw than ever before and stayed warm doing so.

She did an excellent job with the sewing work.

She will be getting my business again.

If Fred could just sew as well as Teresa he'd have an even bigger following than he has currently.
