With our busy hog season upon us, I thought I would show you fellas a unique video perspective on a traditional bowhunt. This hunt was filmed entirely with trail cams.
I had set up to do a video shoot of the hog hunt with an HD camera but they came 30 minutes earlier than normal and I had no camera light. I had decided to let them walk when I looked down a noticed my video trail cam was just a filming away. I thought it would be a neat perspective and it turned out pretty cool. Five minutes after this video was shot I shot a monster boar just to the right of the camera view. To bad he didn't want to be famous, lol
Enjoy

Yes it only went a few yards.
Figured with the arrow right down and in like that....is that what was kicking up the dust around the camera after they went out of sight?

Yes, they kicked up the dust when they blew by the camera. Those piggys can really get out of town after a shot.  The little black pig at the end of the video had no idea what was going on. I just didn't have the heart to take him as I have watched him grow since he was the size of a beer can.
I thought the reflective tape was pretty neat on the arrows.

Awesome.  Such a unique perspective.

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

Neat video. That first bug flying down got me though. I though it was a lighted nock then I said that arrow sure is going all over the place and then I thought duh that's a bug   :knothead:

Don, we had a guy at our bear camp that placed two go pros with remotes at a bait site and it was one of the coolest perspectives on a bear hunt I have ever seen. The cameras were 2-3 yards from the monster bear and it was AWESOME.

I am going to do some wild video work this year in our bear camp and attempt to place cameras right on the ground aimed back at my bear hunters to capture the shot from the bears point of view. Yes they will be cheap cameras, lol.
