Well.... last Sunday I filled my 2013 archery deer tag.  My wife and I went out to the Santa Rita's after church and walked up a Coues.  It was a rainy windy day perfect for stalking.  My wife got to watch the shot.  The blood trail was only about 100yds.  Down to the bottom of the canyon.  So now all I will be doing is guiding my friends for the rest of the year.  I was 2 out of 3 for last season.

Way to end on a high note.  I got shut out this year, but spent a lot more time camping with my son and his scout troop than hunting, so I can't be too blue!
