Where there is a will there is a way...lol

I fell in love with hunting them 36 years ago when my father took me on my first bear hunt as a 14 year old. Bowhunting them still makes my heart pound.

Thank you. That was his first tradbow bear. He had a little bit of the sleepy teenager look going on when I drug him out of bed for the photo op, lol. He has sure broke that Widow in this year taking 3 species (7 animals) in a year. I will go broke keeping him in arrows.

Looking forward to my first ever bear hunt, summer of 2013.  Jerry is helping me make the transition from compound to traditional, and with his guidance I am hoping my first trad kill will be a black bear.  A big thank you to Jerry for his bowhunting knowledge and passion, and his willingness to help me develop my own skills as a traditional hunter.  Hope to see some tradgang members at bear camp this summer!
