I've got the one piece Thunderhorn ,its just a fantastic bow and beautiful workmanship!

That's a stunning bow! As Flying Dutchman mentioned that bocote will become prettier the longer you have it.  I dug out a bocote longbow that my son had built for me fifteen years ago, and was amazed at how the wood had aged.  Wouldn't it be nice if we aged the same way!

Anyway, congratulations on your new bow!  put it to good use this fall!
