personalized avitar?

How do I do it? I have done some searches and went to my profile but cannot seem to get it. Any help?

You have to send a photo (possibly sized correctly) to an admin. They put it to your profile.

What is the correct size to have it sized to? Which admin? or doesn't it matter?
