I have 6 bear recurves from the seventies, which would you rank as the best shooter:
Super Kodiak
Kodiak Magnum
Grizzly
Black Bear
Black Panther
76er (55lb)
Or a Shakespeare Wonderbow longbow
All are 45lb @ 28" and in good repair.

BRITTMAN

For me it would be the super k , that bow is legendary

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

I have had a kodiak magnum that shot well but it was too short for me. I would love to have a new super kodiak or the 59.

The most accurate recurve I have is a black bear compound riser that was WARFED to accept ILF limbs. Medium ******** blackmax limbs and that thing really shoots. Love the bear grip on that riser.

With a collection like that you need to treat yourself to a Grayling Super Grizzly.

Probably the Super K, but I cannot be sure.  Feel free to ship them to me and I will let you know!

All depends on the shooter, no bow is universal. Different styles, draws lengths and unique physical characteristics of shooters dictate what bow performs the best for each individual. That being said, the 1962 Grizzly is the BEST for ME! lol!!

Depends on what you like....for me....I'm a Grizzly fan!
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Like milk river said but I would not trade my '56 kodiak for all of them, I bet you will love one of them!!
