Anyone have any experience with these? I need a new glove and read an article in Traditional Bowhunter magazine about these. They aren't cheap but look well made. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks - Jeff

Some folks like them, others seem not to. I love my Crossover and will probably get another one as a backup. Very well made, and the release is slick. I have shot gloves for many years, this one is my all time favorite.

What Centaur said!! I am also going to get a crossover. That will make three for me. Why so many you may ask? Well I have been know to leave the house without one. So I keep one in car all the time.

Started with the big shot elk glove and love it. I then bought a big shot crossover and like it more than the big shot. Great quality and great people to deal with. Highly recommend.

Cheap and well made do not co-exist. Best glove available IMHO.

I really like the big shot buffalo. Bought a crossover, but have not shot it yet.  Great people to deal with, very good quality and made in the USA.  Highly recommend also.

I have the Big Shot elk and I really like it. Best glove I've ever found since the old style that was manufactured by a different owner. Good people, American made! I too plan on tying the crossover.

been hunting with the same one for 6 years. A very good glove. I have 3 of them.

I got the crossover a while back and love it now.  Took me a week or two before I really started liking it.  Seems very well made!

Great glove!! I got the Buffalo hide Big Shot & the Cross Over.  Cant imagine shooting with anything else.  John's a great guy to chat with also.

I also have two and am very pleased.  Looking to get the crossover sometime this year as well.

I had an accident earlier this year and lost about an inch of my middle finger on my shooting hand.  I inquired to several places, including ABS (current glove is Skookum), but no takers on making a glove to fit my "new digit".  I asked the same question of John at American Lethers.  His reply was, "Sure we can make one for you, just send a tracing of your hand".  Guess where I'm ordering my next glove from!  I'm leaning towards to the Crossover from all I've heard.  Gotta go trace my hand...    

I love mine, best part is it works on all my bows from 46-100 #.  I will admit you sacrifice some dexterity/feel in the fingers at lower weights, but the durability and slick release is worth it.

Thanks for all the great feedback guys.  I ordered the big shot and the wet shot (neoprene).  I was torn between the big shot and the crossover but I want to try the nylon stalls as I have never used a glove with those.  I'll probably get the crossover soon. Thanks again.

It took me a little getting used to but I love em now.

I had looked at them the last couple years and thought they were a little pricey, read the same article, took a chance and bought one. Worth every cent!    

I wish I had bought one a long time ago!

After lots of reading here, and talking to John at American Leathers, I decided to try a Full Shot. Takes some getting used to (still only have shot with it maybe half a dozen times or so, and I was using a Damascus, or a single layer tab before), but I am REALLY happy with the glove, and like it more every time I shoot.
First taking it out of the package, it felt so tight and stiff, I didn't think it could work for me. After shooting it in a few times it's extremely comfortable, especially after an application of Pitch Blend, which John recommended.
 The release is very clean. There's still feel for the string, though
different than the soft Damascus or deerskin gloves I've used. As I adjust to the Full Shot, I'm thinking it's actually more forgiving of finger placement/pressure than the thinner gloves, and the release is better.
Materials and workmanship, as well as customer service, are exceptional. I'd buy another with no hesitation.
