Spent a long weekend at the deer lease and 1st morning I had 9 does walk by my blind.  I had to wait for a clear shot with all of them.  Starred at a spot, anchored, and good follow thru like I've done a thousand times.  Even at 9 yards she jumped the string and almost turned 180 but still a quartering away angle the arrow went into the boiler room.  She only went 50 yards!  
My first Trad animal and 1st deer in 6 years!  I also got a huge squirrel later on- nice shot picking it off the side of the tree.

Thanks to the TG for all the help in my 3 yr Trad journey.  The Baronett blind is great and they couldn't see me at 5-10 yards away.  Great arrows from Snag-Wilderness arrows!  Just wish I finished the hat trick with a hog but no luck.

Great going, I just got my first archery deer on Saturday! My face actually started hurting after about an hour and a half of smiling! Hope you had the same effect!
