I sold/traded all my recurves and made the switch back to longbows. After shooting several longbows over the years I've set my sites on BigJim's Buffalos and absolutely love them! Can't wait for the fall season already and even  thinking perhaps I'll take one on an out of state hunt next year.

Michael those are sharp! I have one Buffalo 64" in coco/zebra riser with cocobolo limbs.

I'm a recurve guy and have had a bunch of longbows but never hunted one until this year. Big Jim changed that, I can't give his bows any higher compliment.

I should be about a month away from a Buffalo TD all zebrawood

Hey Marc, you've got a beauty there too! Love to see the Buffalo zebra when she arrives. What are its specs?

I'm drinking from a saucer, cause my cup has overflowed.

Big Jim is an artist. I haven't found a camera yet that can show the true detail in the woods Jim uses.

Michael, you have an excellent collection!

64" 50@28 but I've been thinking 62". When Jim calls I'll talk it over with him and decide.

two of my favorite woods in one pic - dalmatian ebony and redwood burl - AWESOME looking bows!

Really been wanting to try a buffalo, hoping Jim comes back to the big Kentucky shoot so I can try one out.

Those look great...so what's your favorite length buff to shoot? I'm very interested in a buffalo. I've shot a 56" thunderchild and it is very nice...think a 60 or 62 inch buffalo would be perfect.
