Can't thank Dave and Tracey enough for the beautiful job they did on these two longbows we are giving our twin grandsons Josh and Caleb for Christmas. They put a lot of extra effort into these bows and they turned out incredibly beautiful. Bows are 48", 25@24, with Cocobolo and Bocote risers and Bocote limbs. I'm just not a photographer and the picts don't even come close to doing these bows justice. They are beautiful! Thanks so much Dave and Tracey – I post some picts after Christmas of the boys with their bows!

You did good.  Your grandkids are going to be excited.  Dave and Tracy do an outstanding job on their bows.

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great.

The verse for Josh is Joshua 1:9 and the verse for Caleb is Numbers 14:24

I really, really like those matching bows!  You did a super job of choosing that wood combination.  You'll have a pair of very happy grandkids on Christmas!     :clapper:

Bernie B - I really can't take credit for the wood combo and the way they worked it in... Dave just asked what I liked and I mentioned those two woods and he said, "How about we do this..." and that's how it turned out. I think I'm more excited about giving them the bows then they'll be to get them. Well, maybe not.    :)
Thanks for the nice comments and thanks again to Dave and Tracey from SJRB's.
