If it didn't, has anyone got an update on when it will be released and who you can buy it from?  

that's a good question, I was recently wondering the same thing.
If it did, we would have seen it, and I suspect it will be through the Silvertip website.

I was just looking at the great stories about Paul the other day, and didn't see any mention of it. (on the site)
Perhaps someone else has more details, because I sure don't!
