I don't think anyone could be mad after oepning a box with that bow in it. Work of art. Now I will be waiting to see some pics of RC with that bow and some hogs on the ground.

That is very cool.  And if you get an opportunity to spend some time  hunting with RC, which I was lucky enough to do once, it seems near impossible to get him mad.  It is that same patience and kindness that makes him such a good hunter, I am sure.

The holiday's are for surprises anyway...

Mr. Robert Carter has captivated my attention on Trad Gang since i've become a member, his humble, yet commanding knowledge of game and hunting has helped me and i'm sure others.  I.ve spoken to a friend here where I live a time or two about how nice it would be to surprise RC with a gift hunt or some other way of recognition.... why?  Just because it feels like the right thing to do. Mr. Cox you sir have acted on what I have only thought, I don't believe you could find a more deserving guy to express your act of kindness, Salute!

I'm sure RC will be humbled and pleased and moved beyond word   :thumbsup:

Awesome South  :)  Should RC protest too much have him send it to 'Hope's" new home here in IL! I have the one he, Bisch and others filled up with mojo. They even left some in it for me this fall:

 

I get the feeling the upgrade won't bother 'ol Robert. What a great gesture from a fine bow-builder to one of the finest hunters around   :campfire:
