hi folks, i'm new here as a member,but iv'e stalked and haunted silent for awhile. as a youngster i hunted with recurves, then went to compounds for a spell, back to recurves,then in 1999 i broke my back. its been tough getting on my feet again, but i have learned to make use of a leg and foot with no feeling and am going hunting again,this time with a longbow[a legacy longbow] 50 lbs @29in. ive come to really enjoy this bow and can't wait to pick a spot. may have to stop by for pointers or questions,as this is my first longbow, seems to shoot a little slower than my recurve,but is still accurate. i hope this is normal. just have to setup a little closer is all.  cedar arrows and zwickey heads, what you fellows think can an older guy still have fun
