Received mine Monday and ready the first couple chapters last night.  Very good so far really enjoying it.

I got mine yesterday.  Looks great.  Read the T.Green intro and most of the first deer chapter.  Lovin-it Charlie.  Congrats to you for gettin this done...

My copy was waiting for me when I went home for lunch!  This will be a great relief to my wife, as I will no longer have to call to see if it had arrived.  Enjoyed the Forward and Introduction before coming back to work.

Mine came today, too...postman yesterday told me they had more mail stacked up in the local PO then they could put in the delivery vans...
