Bison Gear Packs and Bino Carry?

Hey guys,

I have a Bison Gear First Trip Explorer that I have been trying to setup for hunting. My current go-to pack is a Badlands Ambush lumbar pack, which is small and convenient but which I have several complaints about. The first Trip Explorer looks really well designed and built, it also feels great, but I haven't started hunting in it mainly because of my binos. My preferred bino carry is with a harness (a la crooked horn). This system works well with a lumbar pack but not so well with the straps of the Bison Gear Pack.

So what bino carry do you use with your Bison Gear pack? Do you use the pouch that BG sells? Do you use a neck strap? Something else?

Thanks for the help, I really want to find a good way to carry my binos in a handy way with this pack.

I carry my binos with a neck strap while wearing my Bison Gear FTE pack. I always just use a neck strap, never saw the need for a harness. They look like a pain to get into. I always wear a shirt with a collar so the bino straps don't hurt my neck.

I use one of the Bison Gear bino pouches on my pack and love it.  It's like the harness only it snaps on to the pack straps.

Thanks for your responses Shedrock and Mike,
I think that the BG bino pouch is probably the direction I'm leaning.

I use the strap like Shed, I let them hang under my left arm (bow arm), very accessible for glassing and not in the way at all, If I have to crawl at all I just stick them into my jacket. I carry my Loc on light, back pack, and two climbing sticks while I am stalking, if I find a good ambush spot, I just set it all up.
