I've been processing my own hogs and 1 deer now.  I don't really know what I'm doing and I feel like I'm losing a lot of meat in the process (pardon the pun).  I'm getting a grinder but I need to be able to watch and rewatch someone butchering an animal to see the most efficient way to cut the meat up.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions for a DVD.

Might check Utube. Tree are some videos out there I think.
Most religions teach that you earn salvation by keeping rules. Jesus didn't teach that "good people" go to heaven. He taught that "forgiven people" go to heaven. And He invited everyone, no matter what their past, to come to Him and be forgiven.

I processed my first deer this year.  I still do not know what I am doing but it turned out pretty good.  I watched a video from Outdoor Edge that was real helpful.  I would let you borrow it but I will probably need to watch it again here soon.  Good luck.

X2 on the outdoor edge dvd. Ive always done my own and all my life we killed our own domestic hogs and processed the meat our selves. I got this dvd for a buddy and watched it before I gave it to him. It kinda drags on but I did pick up some useful tips and If I didn't have much experience already, It would really be an eyeopener.
