They finally cut the corn in the area i hunt, wow does that really change things, any patterns i had are pretty much gone.
Needless to say, not much hunting today as i was back in scout mode today finding there new routes ,but as luck would have it i found Route 66 with trails converging on it everywhere as well as rubs, scrapes and a bedding area.
The best part is that no one else hunts this area because its a nightmare to get to and a looooong hike.
Hunting public land with lazy folks sure sets me up nice, hope they never get ambitious!    :biglaugh:

Those places are always a treasure as long as nobody sees ya hauling a deer out.    :readit:

Good luck in there!

All the world's indeed a stage and we are merely players.
Performers and portrayers, each another's audience.

All public land here is connected by quad trails. The laziest guy in the world can drive anywhere. One of my friends even drives his ATV mere minutes to shorten his walk.
Pretty sad.
But GOOD FOR YOU!
Hope too see some pics of what you find!

I love the long walks in also. Good luck to ya.
