I've been blessed this year with two bucks in the bow season, my quest started with building a bow for my Colorado ELK hunt but wasnt able to connect.
I shot the first buck OCT 21st and had trail pics of a ten point and one close encounter at the beginning of the season. Tonite I was able to connect with a double lung shot and he went 44 paces.

Bow works GOOD!  I cannot imagine the pride in taking an animal with a bow you have made yourself.  Congratulations!

Congrats on a great looking Michigan buck. I am running out of time!! Hopefully I will connect this upcoming week. Last of my vacation time.
