Is Kustom King archery the ONLY dealer for Bears Paw Archery products (this is the company from Germany)? Any info on another dealer carrying there products would be greatly appreciated.

Bear Paw products are one of the manufacturers of archery products that I use and sell. What are you looking for?

For those who have Bear Paw products. There was a thread by Flying Dutchman recently on making wood arrows. He used some type of tool that compressed the point end of the shaft to accept the field point . It is a Bear Paw product but when I emailed them I got no response. I like the idea of compressing the wood rather than tapering it using a taper tool or woodchuck.
Can anyone help me contact them about this product?
Thank you, Tom M

a review about the product;

Seems the tool has some issues.

Ralphie,
Thank you for the info, it seems I would need special field points for this system as well. Could be why we donot see it in USA. Maybe I will try those screw on field points from Germany.

M60,
I would think it is probably just as good to taper the points with, a regular taper tool, (I use a BearPaw). The BearPaw is Ok, but is not adjustable, with regards to the angle of the taper. A tool like the BearPaw, with some Gorilla Instant glue, is what I use.
   ( I would get a Woodchuck tool, but I live in an           apartment. Woodchuck is loud, and sawdusty.)
Compressing the tip seems somehow not good. I would think it would imbalance the shaft .... and ... weaken the area just behind where it has been compressed. I would think tips would be broken off easier, using the "compression" system.

Kustom King is BearPaw's US distributor. Quite a few shops sell Bearpaw stuff.
Their cut feathers at $25 per 100 are an outstanding buy !
