If i switch to an elevated rest what will happen? IE does it screw up the tiller?  What changes to my set up can I expect?

I saw your user name, I thought you may like the name of my bow. If you look close you can see it. Legolas. It is a Dwyer Defiant longbow, special edition,is awesome and specs are 55#@28" 60". My go to longbow.

What you can expect is better arrow flight...

You will have to adjust your nock point up, because you have moved the point end of your arrow up with the rest.  Anything else is pretty moot and probably a whole lot of worry over nothing.

You will probably find that your shooting improves because of better arrow flight and easier tuning. Personally I found no big changes at all either in setting up the bow or in aiming...except for a faster arrow.  For me, I just put on the rest, set my nocking point the same and used some moleskin where needed to keep the draw quiet. Nothing changes in terms of set up, tiller, etc. Your shooting should improve.

Yep.
Don't meddle in the affairs of dragons; people are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
