a muff with hand warmers.
When that deer shows up it is tuff to keep them warm while also holding the bow.

3 fingered shooting glove w/leather palm and then a green military wool glove w/the 3 fingers cut off.  Even then if it gets cold enough I will put a hand warmer in on the back of my hand under the wool.

I used to wear a heavy rag wool glomitt.....thinsulate lined, tight weave.  If it was super cold -20 or so and on...I'd have to add a liner glove.   Shot my caribou in 02 in some bad cold and about froze my finger tips off.   It made a case for shooting a tab at the time, all fingers had (if I had had put it on) the liner glove covering all exposed skin.

Good luck finding them now a days and if you do say something!  The ones I've found are a very loose weave, usually have some kind of cheap plastic line between the outer wool shell and inner insulation and just arent as warm.   They were quite nice, minus maybe the stitching for the mitt part, they always fell apart there.   A little tlc and they were good to go again!  The newer ones just dont cut the mustard for warmth!!!

Those are the same gloves I use. I also keep a hand warmer going in eaach jacket pocket.

I wear wool fingerless gloves. The thinner the better.

I can shoot with a tab wearing thin glove liners. So I cut the 3 shooting fingers off of my heavy gloves and wear glove liners. That way, if I have to hold on to the string for a while my fingers can take it. Really cold weather and my hands have hand warmers in the pockets, as well.

I have some gloves with a flip over mitten. Not sure where I got them, but they work great. All finger holes cut out for my shooting glove, just pinky and thumb left. Flip the mitten over for warmth, flip it back to shoot.

Check out Kustom Kings Black glove(TG sponsor)They're a fleece lined 3 finger shooting glove and they make a huge difference when your waiting for the shot. I use one in combination with a  cut off wool glove on shooting hand and it solved the problem for me!

I use thin liners under wool gloves, just cut off the 3 shooting fingers. On really cold days, some of those flip-mittens do the trick with a warmer between layers on the back...

I have some nice wool mittens, that have built in cut off fingers.  The finger part of the mitten folds backwards and velcros to the hand part of the glove.  I can wear my shooting glove under it and shoot without issue.  So I just keep the mittens closed and when I see a deer, quietly fold back the mittens and I'm ready to shoot. I've been out in single digit temps and stayed fairly warm.

I use a tight fleece glove and slide over my shooting glove, I added a velcro elastic strap to keep it tight on my hand.  I cannot tell that my release is any different with it.

I wear a tab... and so can wear gloves with the fingers cut short. If I can keep the back of the hand warm I am usually good.

In the early season, I wear a thin pair of gloves with my shooting glove over top.

When it gets cold, I switch to the Cabelas Ragg Wool Glo-Mitt with thnsulate lining.  The shooting glove goes n first, then the glo-mitt goes on top.  This allows me to keep my fingers nice and toasty warm, and I can easily flip the mitten open to reveal my fingers quickly quietly, and without any visible motion.

I use a tab and can wear a fleece glove under it in mildly cold weather. Other than that I use a hand warmer in the pocket of my hunting vest.
