It has been seven years of trying on public land to get a deer. I had been close, but messed it up too many times!     :thumbsup:    

It is still hard to believe a 7 year journey is finished. Thank you to all here who played such a large part in my learing about traditional archery. This is certainly a great place to call my 2nd home!

Here is a pic of the doe and the squirrel. God bless you all.

and  please. . . don't use "old stands in oaks that were built by the old owner".  Those things were notorious for falling down with us in them.
