Shoothing 3under.  Ring finger has been numb for a few DAYS.   Took a 2 day break from shooting & I was still numb. Any ideas as to why?

I found that I have the same problem even though I shoot split and it's on my second finger.

Finally figured out that I was using the tips of my fingers instead of catching the string in the first groove of my draw fingers.

After changing my grip on the string I no longer have the problem. Deepen the grip on the string with your fingers and hopefully your problem will be solved.

Retirement ain't what it's cracked up to be.

A high elbow on your draw arm is commonly the cause for a sore/numb ring finger.

I shot for a few months with a Dura glove and the nerve in my middle finger started hurting.  Although I liked the glove, I switched back to a Cordovan tab and problem solved.  No more nerve damage in my finger.
