Hi Guys

I am looking at changing from 4" feathers to 5" feathers after I have used up my supplies. (5" easier to get) my question is do I need to retune my setup or could I just re-fletch and expect to shoot the same?

JimB

It's possible.Fletch some up and try them out.You may not need to change anything.

JEFF B

well i have gone the other way i  changed from 5" to 4" and no difference at all its just the 5" gets straight a bit quicker but hey you don't notice it at all so  i would say you don't have to re tune your set up just re fletch and shoot em

Thanks for that guys. I will fletch up some and see.

The better your equipment is tuned the less fletching is required. Like Jeff I have been shortening my fletch. Down to four X 3.5". Love the way they shoot.
