doing ok 15-20 yards, enough to hunt

there is one spot where my shot will be limited to 20yards, hope I catch an unsuspecting doe there. going to use a Viking for it

THOSE are Viking Broadheads , I would post a link but I am not sure if it woulf violate the rules.

Deer sized animals appear TINY to me at 20+ yards and it gets hard to pick a spot.  Elk on the other hand..... Big enough to reach out a bit more. Good luck. And sweeeeeetttt. Broadheads

"A legal arrow is a broad head type blade which will not pass through a hole seven-eighths inch in diameter. Mechanical/retractable broad heads shall be measured in the open position. No arrow with an explosive head or with any substance which would tranquilize or poison any animal may be used."

There is your Ca regs on broadheads. as long as they aren't wider than 7/8" you are "golden"...

Read again "Will not pass thru hole seven-eighths inch in diamater"

That makes them larger to be legal.
