Why is it that out to 15 yards I can put every shot right where I want but I move back just 5 yards to 20 and I am all over the place. Is is bad form just not showing up till the longer distance or a tuning issue. Or a combination of both.

I always look to form first!!!  Video yourself shooting at 15 and at 20 and see if there is something you are doing differently.  Even badly tuned equipment won't produce the difference you describe in your post.

Bow specs? Arrow specs? All over the place meaning "all over" or more so one general area? High/low or left/right misses?

Knowing you shoot not quite as well at 20yd maybe your peeking on release of the shot. Just shoot 1 arrow at a time, you might concentrate more.

Martin hunter 45#@ 28  I draw 28.  arrows are Beman ICS hunter 500 29" 50 grain brass insert and 140 grain tip.  By all over the place.  I mean they are not grouping  one may be low then high then left or right. Not far off just not consistently grouping

Yes an EFA 4 arrow

When the shots are spaying the target and there is no grouping, it usually is form.  When the bow isn't tuned right it may not hit in the right spot but will hit pretty constant shot after shot. Ex: if its not tuned right and hitting low it will continue to hit low if your form is good.  Five yards may not seem like a lot but in this game it is.  I purposely shoot longer distances to work on form. Keep at it.  Joe

we do have concerns with quivers on bows - it can create a situation where one in 6 or 8 shots veers off - usually to the left for a right handed shooter. You are describing something different sounds like all your arrows veer off after 15 yards - not sure - I don't thnk it is the quiver - just bringing the possibilty to your attention - because even hunters affected by a quiver usually do not see it at 15 and under. You might be on the edge of being fully tuned and it could just be showing better with you a little further out ?  I bare shaft at 20 yards so maybe try this yourself - good luck
