so with squirrel season 3 days away here some pople are stumping i made 4 5" bag targets with the old bags from work that we throw away and i covered them up with CAMO duct tape really makes you pick a tiny spot and focus hard to see it, im amazed with how well they stop an arrow i shot a 800 grain arrow out of my 80# howatt bow and got 3" of penetration on it i shot one WITH A BROADHEAD (arrow weight on this arrow 637 grains)  and just barely poked through it (targets about 4" thick) so i think i found my cheap new roving targets/baseball pitch practice
any animal you see posted that i say i personally harvested was eaten

Could you provide a few pics?  Sounds like something I would like to try.  THX

I use a tennis ball and field points. On a good hit, the shaft will go through a few inches.  I just toss them around the yard.

its just a bag filled to the max with other bags, heres the one i made today to simulate a deer midsection i shot this with 3 bows here a 63# a 70# and an 80#  none of them got past 6" of penetration, i also shot it with a 45# but the insert was visable and fell out under force of the 800 grain arrow hitting the spot next to it out of my 80# bow
