Hey I've been having the problem of my string slapping the top of my wrist.  I'm shooting a 60# Mamba@28", and my draw is 30.5".  Could it be too short of brace height, or something else.  It doesn't feel good in the least and I would love to alleviate this problem.

Brace height check for sure. I do not know what it should be on a Mamba, but 8 inches will not hurt it. Measure from throat of grip to string. rat'

Thanks, I checked it and its right at 6 1/4.  Would a 1" shorter string be the best route?

Try twisting the one on it,if it is flemish in design. If not then check the ACTUAL AMO length of the bow and order a new string with that info. it should say what length the bow is somewhere on it. Otherwise measure it with a tape,unstrung,tip-to-tip,on the belly side. That is the side fecing you when your shooting. At 6 1/4,that is way to low. That thing has to be thumping you pretty good!! I bet it is a noisey bugger to. rat'

Brace on a Mamba is 7-7 3/4 inches. I think I have mine near 7 1/2 and it shoots fine

Thanks guys; KOOK what length/type string do you use?  I've got a 54" B50 dacron on there now.

Not sure, still shooting the stock string that came with the bow.
