Can't beat a Toelke Lynx in my opinion for an all around great shooter.  If you want something a little less 'traditional', then I would try a Morrisison ILF with the Carbon/foam limbs.... these smohe an arrow.

I am shooting a 27 inch MFX 500 with 300 grains up front at 44 lbs at my 26 inch draw and can't believe the speed (by eye) that it is casting an arrow.

I've always wanted to try Black Widow PCH.  Perhaps someone who has one could chime in.

Another one I do know someting about is a Cascade Archery bow.  Believe it or not they are made as short as 52 inch and there pretty good shooters.  Plus Steve Gorr is a great guy.

ACS CX 64" at 60# and 29" draw............ that would be a rocket launcher!  

58" Dwyer Endeavor.  The one in the classifieds right now used to be mine and I regret trading it off for a Centaur, (that might mean something).  I draw a solid 29" and it was smoother than most bows I've shot.  Dave Dwyer said it only gains 2.5lbs/inch at the end of the draw, and I believe it.  I took that bow elk hunting last fall and my arrow setup was this.  57@28 Endeavor, so about 60@29 for me, Beman ICS 340's cut to 31" with 300gr. up front.  I paid $850 for it less than two years ago and it's about half that price right now.  I'll take one of your Whips as a finders fee!

Wait a second... the Endeavor is a terrible bow but the 60" chinook that I have in the classifieds would be PERFECT for you.    

I would go with a 7 Lakes "Short Night" 60" or 62 with 70/75 POC arrows.

It does not seem so anymore but for awhile Whisperstiks were the go to bow for quietness and speed.

I guess they can still be had.

I would take a seriously long hard look at hill country bows.  I have a 58" wildcat that I draw to 29 and cant say enough about it .It is my charlton heston bow no doubt. Give Roman and Kenny a call you will not be dissapointed
