I've had the pleasure of talking with many bowyers over the past number of years and there's always one thing that stands out in all of them.

They make you feel like your part ot the family, they are true gentlemen indeed.  I would like to take this time and tread to thank the guys that put countless hours to making our sport what it is today, thank you!!!!

The likes of Bill Howland, Arvid Danielson, O.L. Adcock, Ron La Clair, Bob Morrison, Ken Beck and the list goes on and on...

Thank you once again    :thumbsup:      :campfire:

A trophy is in the eye of the beholder.

Walk tall as the trees,live strong as the mountains,be gentle as the spring winds, keep the warmth of the summer sun in your heart and the Great Spirit will always be with you.

I am always amazed at the abundant patience shown in the face of my boundless ignorance. It takes a unique combination of skills to be a great bowyer. Part engineer, part artist, the blending of function and aesthetics then needs to be coupled with listening skills, tact, and good business sense and practices.

I dunno how they do it. I'm just glad to be here in the golden age of archery. When you stop to think of just how much information is available on the myriad styles of shooting from around the world, and that the equipment can be had for anything from bows of 10,000 years ago to exotic modern styles, from Mongolia to the rain forests of South America, you can't help but feel a twitch of joy and gratitude for being here, and now.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
