T-hawk.
I shorten them a bit for 4 fletch.
They're pretty quiet.

Kinda a cross between parabolic and moon.

Though for looks I like trad cut.

Shield cut for me.  I touch the feather to the nose as part of my anchor, and find it a little easier to find the same spot on the feather each shot.  Or at least I have myself convinced of that.
Most religions teach that you earn salvation by keeping rules. Jesus didn't teach that "good people" go to heaven. He taught that "forgiven people" go to heaven. And He invited everyone, no matter what their past, to come to Him and be forgiven.

I like the looks of shield cut so that's what I use.

I switched to shield and use the tip of the fletching as an anchor point against the side of my nose.  And I like the looks of them.

For purely aesthetic reasons, my personal favorite is the Pope & Young cut but most of my arrows are fletched with 5 1/2" Shield cut (both real & artificial "turkey feather") barred.

I prefer 5" Parabolics. The arrows I use to bear hunt with, I like the 5.5" High Back Shields since my head of choice is 160 gr Snuffer.

I used shield cut for years, and then one day I went to the 5 1/2 high back parabolic....not sure why, love them both.

I have always though banana cut was the coolest looking, but have never had a great source for them.

When I do 3 fletch I use shield.
When I do 4 fletch I use parabolic.

So, Day Tripper have you decided what you like?

As you can see above many people choose fletching based on aesthetic reasons.

If your deer are wired, maybe you should try and get the arrows as quiet as possible.

I shoot 5" shields because that what I have always shot.  I like the looks of a low cut banana, but just haven't gotten around to loosing my first two dozen arrows.

5" shield cut because I like the look.  Had 4" parabolic before that was quieter but I'll stick with shield cuts from now on I think.

I match them to fit the broadhead but 5" shields are my favorite.
