You guys!!!
You have me a little weepy here. Mockingbird is at work and will not likely get home before I go to bed. Saw my dad yesterday but he doesn't remember my birthday. So, being a bit lame, still, and not working, I did a little shopping and an experiment.

In a used book store I found a kids' book written in 1937 called "Buddy and the Arrow Club". I started it, and it's pretty good! I am putting clear coat on arrows, and decided I needed dyed natural turkey feathers to set off the crest. A bit of turmeric and other stuff, and they are drying on the kitchen counter. They will probably turn me yellow in the next rain. But for now, they are beautiful.

So, before cooking up a week's worth of dog food, I thought I would take a glance on TradGang. What a family I have!
Thanks. It really meant a lot to me...
