How do you Install cat whiskers

Anybody have and advice or videos on how to install cat whiskers and make them look like they are little balls.

I've seen a few different ones--just do an internet search, or you can e-mail or call if you want.  Big thing is to tie them on around the string, tight, with strong thread.
