looks like a 22 for week #4. An 8(barely) a 6 and two 4's

I cannot post pics until later this week but I did get an 18.

Shot one was off the planet, #two was 8 by a whisker, #three was 4 and #four was a 6.

maybe if I face away from the target every time...

Went to a longbow this week, payed off big, 20 yard miss, 17 was the only hit for 6, that stupid sitting junk shot went under my arm guard. You guys take shots like this?

Some scary bad shooting on my part, but great experience with some very different shots for me and new lessons learned. Good call!

A pitiful 10 points :-(

modified the bow a little added a hemp wrap on handle. fletched up some arrows. was pretty happy till I shot this. Missed with the kneeling shot.
Maybe it would help if I tried concentrating on the spot. 4, 4, 6 = 14

Thanks for the help with the photos and allowing me to start late.

Raced home and got it done just before dark. A HUGE score this week of... 8!



First shot was low and left.
Second shot was a 4
Third shot was off to the right and gave myself a smack in the mouth!
Last shot was a disappointment with another 4. I actually feel fairly comfortable shooting from sitting but I guess tonight was not a great one for me  :(

At least I hit the plate I guess!

Will have to shoot this weekend, wife is in the hospital.  Priorities, you know.  This week looks like a tough one.

Well, not bad. I got a 24.

The #3 shot just clipped the line.

     

Well, that was a real confidence builder    

It's a good reminder not to take stupid shots.    

On the bright side, I get to save my untouched plate for next week.
