What's everyone using as a rest and strikeplate on your ILF metal risers? Pics would be helpful if possible. Thanks.

Usually a shorty plunger and t-300 rest(3rivers) or off the shelf.

I use the same as Katman, a T-300 and shorty plunger.

I use a 5/16-24 bolt with a leather disk epoxied on the head. This gives me center shot adjustment and there is a nut on the back to lock it in place....some say there is a nut holding the bow also   :biglaugh:   On the shelf I use leather or velcro. Seems to work well on my Morrison Alum. riser!
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Wallyworld sells some felt furniture pads.  They have a variety of sizes, they are circular, self adhesive backed, brown in color, and you can trim the felt to change the thickness to adjust center shot.  just take one and cut about 1/3 off for the shelf and use the other for the riser.
Now if you were asking about rest and plunger, then I use either a t-300 hunter, or a t-300 with a shorty plunger.

Also use a combination of furniture felt pad for the shelf and a plunger. That is the plus for ILF, many choices to experiment with, or the negative if you like to KISS.

dragon rider

Felt chair leg pads cut as Lefty described.  You can then take a razor knife and shave them down if you need to get the flight you want.
Don't meddle in the affairs of dragons; people are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

I had a furniture pad for the strikeplate and sealskin for a rug on my Morrison.

My Titan came with the furniture pads on it and I see no reason to change it

felt pads seem to be working good. the titan is a shooter for sure. still might order the rest and plunger and see how that works out
