Does anyone know if any of the lighter-weight Grizzly heads have started shipping?  I ordered some 140's at the BBTC and can't wait to get them.  Like I said there, there is no rush.  I'd rather wait awhile and get them just right than to rush.  I really like the changes they made.

We have nearly 10,000 Grizzly heads in different stages of completion. The 140's are among those 10,000. The Grizzly heads are heat treated to 52-54 rockwell. They are so hard that grinding these heads has proven to be the bottle neck in producing them. We have tried many things to speed up the grinding with not a lot of success in gaining speed. The grind is turning out great but it takes a long while to get them there. Ron is doing all he can to get these heads ground and ready to ship. We are even trying some unorthodox grinding techniques just to see what will and will not work.
I still can not give you an exact date that they will be done but rest assured we are doing what we can to try to get these heads in your hands. I do expect to have all weight heads available before hunting season.
I think you will be very happy with the new changes to the heads. The issue with the paint has been resolved. All Grizzly broadheads will be Teflon coated from this day on.

I know this is not the exact answer you were looking for but its the best I can offer at this time. Please know we are doing all we can to get these heads to you and since you have a preorder in with us you will be the first to get the heads. Even before any dealers.
Thank you for your patience

Bill...
Take the pressure off...I don't think the community is too worried.  As I see it most everybody is glad you have the company and are interested in doing it up right.

Bill,
Like Scarne said, there is NO pressure.  I was just curious.  Ron said at the BBTC that the process is time consuming.  Hunting season isn't in here until September and I can wait even longer if needed.  You all are doing a great job on the heads and I am just excited to get them.  Please feel no pressure here.
