Just wanted to give two big thumbs up to Onestringer. I recently ordered some copperhead limbstations and when I got them, the color wasn't quite what I was expecting. I sent them an email and was promptly answered (as always) by Mindy. She offered to replace or refund, my option and explained that the best way to see what it should actually look like, was to make a printout of it on my computer. I made a printout (it looked like what I wanted) and emailed some comparison photos to her, she agreed that something wasn't right with the first set. Then sent me TWO new sets that were right. A+++ in my book, and definitely made a customer for life!

I would like to add one more thought. This wasn't my first order from Onestringer, but was the first I'd had any issues with. I had little doubt that I would be taken care of, but I thought they went above and beyond. Thanks again to Scott and Mindy....Cory
