I love my Sheepeater Spirit recurve made for me by Brent Rudolph and Mark Baker...I think Dryad now makes them for Brent....not quite the same as mine..but they are fast, quiet, and at 47" a perfect ground blind bow.....

I'm going to have to say my RER XR, especially when I just sent kevin an email about adding a new one to the stable    :jumper:

Would a Saluki with Syias be considered a Static Tipped bow?

This is the EAgleWing Talon 11 in a top mounted limb/. It is the same limb with same brace and same speed and attributes as the belly mount limb./ Both brace at 7 1/4 inch and both shoot same and have same draw force curve/

Wow, Sixby

I sure like the looks of the talon with front mounted limbs!!

Matt, Id definitely say yes.  That style takes advantage of the static type Idea through leverage.  Its more static tip than anything!  IMO   :)

Sixby, that is one good looking bow.

Eagle Wing Talon is hands down my favorite.

Anyone shooting the older static tip Bears?  How do they compare to newer bows?

I have a set of ILF Dryad Epic bamboo limbs and they are fast and quiet. I do like them.

Here is my Pouland. I got it for my Son. Too, light for me.

60" 49# at 28". Thinking about selling it. Again, too light for this knuckle dragger.

It is a cross between a Saluki and a Kempf. At 49#, the static tips fire and arrow like a 60# regular tip. I ain't kidding!

Gents, I have decided to sell. It will be in Sunday' Nights Classifieds.

I have shot a few. Dryad is my pick. I would like a ILF set.  Just need to find a riser I really like. The RER is nice also and I like there riser a lot.
