If you are having problems with your KME sharpener, pick up the phone and call Ron. I just got off of the phone with him and it couldn't have been a better experience. I was hesitant to call"figured he had enough on his plate". But I never felt I was putting him out at all. Ron got me lined out on the new Grizzly and Kodiak broadheads and was great to deal with.
