Does anyone use a whisker bisquit or another rest that captures their arrow?

I only ask this because I have been playing around with my recurve lately after given up with traditional gear earlier this year.  I found out recently that I am much more accurate when I shoot my bow straight up and down without canting and I was hoping that a bisquit might help.

If you gap it will probably be in the way.

try a cheap elevated rest first...they sell them at tradtalk.com in their tradmall...i'd try the cavalier t300...

canting your bow can make a world of difference in accuracy and pointability...or not doing so...

it depends on the bow, tuning, and your form...

lots of guys shoot elevated rests for better flight...i will be trying one on a brand new widow in a week...

take care,

Doublewhopper, what kind of bow are you shooting and whats your form like?  Maybe if you post a few pics (video is best) of your shooting style you could get some constructive pointers from the Gang.  We might be seriously ugly but one thing folks here ain't is bashful with opinions.   :)
