I have a Saluki Ibex 62" 59# @ 28".  It killed my last elk.  I also have a Saluki Scythian 52" 54# @ 28".  It is my go to blind bow.  Strung it measures 47" tip to tip.  It shoots very well from tite quarters.  Both of these bows have shelves, I don't shoot with a thumb ring.

Love the asiatic style bows.

Here's some pics of my James Parker Turkish style bamboo backed bamboo with maple and ipe core and spanish cedar siyahs. This little bow flat rips an arrow and is great for stand hunting or blind.... Ahhh heck it's just a great little hunting bow

Kamm1004, its been awhile.  but from memory I believe it was 65# @ 28, at the time I drew 29.5".

Used a beman arrow and 200 gr razorcap.  Zipped clean through him fairly easily.
77# @ 29.5 r/d longbow homer
80# @ 29.5 GN super Ghost

Stringing it is relatively easy using the Korean traditional standing step through method seen here:  http://www.hornbow.com/hktbstring.html  .
