looking for some hog hunting in SC with an outfitter. Hoping to find something both bow and maybe gun friendly, and fair chase. has anyone done any recent hunts and can recommend a place? thanks

No guns, but Hog Heaven with Ray will be tough to beat.

is it trad only, or does he allow compounds as well.

I believe Trad only. It's worth every dime. Plenty of hunting land, great food and some backwoods nuts to hangout with!

Don't worry about the trad only thing.  20 feet is 20 feet no matter what you carry...........

hunt4life, call Ray and talk to him about what your needing.

Todd, ain't believing you called me a BACKWOODS NUT !

Do it self guided...There are great hog hunting opportunities on the wildlife managemnt areas.Alot of the wma's are accessed best by boat or kayak and you can get quietly into hard to reach areas.

I'd be open to public land if I knew the area or knew about hog hunting. Both my cousin and I are originally from Michigan and don't know much about hogs. That's why we were looking to do a private gig first. I appreciate the help, if anyone has any other suggestions, let me know. Thanks
