Now I agree they do have a big head start on us but being old and decrepit I think in all fairness the should get a headstart.

It is incredible what the old duffers have accomplished over the years with this auction.I can only hope that the newbies on this site can keep such a noble act going. This ol' duffer really hopes that you kick our butts. But I doubt it!

Well as an older "young'en" I see that we have the older's outnumbered by a long shot so we should be able to have more listings.  I have one up now  http://auction1.tradgang.com/noncgi/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=166;t=000037  and will look around for more.  It's all for a great cause.  With 35,000+ members it won't take much to make this another record year.

Horatio, me doust protest.       your bifocals fell out of their frames put them back in and you'll see there is a nice shoulder holster too by a 24,000 + member.

 I do wear bifocals but I saw that single item surrounded by numerous items listed by the founding fathers!

23 nice items posted on the auction yesterday check them out. 7 by the younge pups and 16 by ole duffers. The total now is duffers 235 and pups 91.

Let's make a goal for today. We listed 16 items yesterday, if we list 35 today we can get to 6 pages of auction listings. Last year we had a little over 8 pages so this is a doable goal and we are getting close.

So today we are hunting for page 6.
Younge pups if you need help PM me or get your wives involved, a lot of them are more savvy around a computer. Plus when you explain why your doing it their hearts will melt

I posted several nice items I purchased from the Asbell's last week for the auction it's all new and will hopefully bring in some nice $ amounts, let me see what I can find lying around that I really don't need. maybe add a few more items before Friday. Seems like I remember a couple of packs of STOS heads lying around somewhere.....now where did I put them????  :confused:
